Our Lake Geneva International Teleport is currently seeking a customer Service Representative to support our growing U.S. and Latin American business.
Major activities include daily IM, email and telephone contact with clients, understanding big picture communications strategy and high client satisfaction.
Required knowledge/skills; Familiarity with Microsoft office and PC's a must. Familiarity with MySQL and Linux a plus. Excellent verbal and written communications skills a top priority.
