Responsibilities consist of Network monitoring, maintaining trouble tickets and trouble shoot satellite communications issues as they arise.  Performance testing and the provision of guidance to customers and contract installers including but not limited to, equipment problems, installation, testing and commissioning of satellite communications systems.

Required knowledge/skills; Associate degree in electronics or data networking. Knowledge of computer networking systems and experience with Radio Frequency communications and satellite technologies.  Broad knowledge of TCPIP and VoIP required.  Proven work experience in these fields preferred.
