Lake Geneva, WI Feb 27, 2004 IsoTropic Networks, Inc., a global provider of end-to-end satellite communications systems has prepared for expansion of its Broadband IP based IsoTropic Direct service into Libya subject to the requirement of a further U.S. approval for implementation of any agreements if sanctions have otherwise not been lifted.
